A break. I've been itching for this all month. The past month just went by in a flurry of JO's and things-to-do's.
((wait, a JO just came in for 6PM))
Okey-dokey, now that THAT'S over and done with, what was I saying? Ah, yeah, the "break". Haha. Hope I don't jinx it again.
The yearnings to live the simple farmer life have been bugging me again lately. Usually at the hours between 10pm and 12mn when I find myself still stuck in front of my Mac in the office, instead of staring fixedly at the TV at home, aimlessly hopping between HBO and Star Movies waiting for some brainless B-side movie, or some sugary sweet chick flick.
Farmers don't have TV though. And farmers don't get sent off to other countries on business. And farmers have to wake up way early to milk the cows and tend the fields or something. I'll be a different of farmer then, I suppose. So let me watch the sun set from my makeshift barn (a 27-storey one) until it's 6:30 p.m. and I can go be carefree little me again and run through my make-believe corn fields.
Time to milk the cows now -- although I don't have any -- so this little farmer will hit the gym instead and burn the corresponding amount of calories.
Boo-yah!
